Largemouth Bass 2-4”-$2.81 each

*Largemouth Bass ONLY AVAILABLE IN FALL.
Next Fish Days will be held in September*

The largemouth bass is a popular freshwater fish known for its aggressive behavior and strong fight, making it a favorite among fishers. It grows quickly, adapts well to ponds and lakes, helps control the population of smaller fish, and spawns in spring.

Channel Catfish 4-6”-$1.70 each

The channel catfish is a hardy freshwater fish known to thrive in ponds and lakes. Their diet can range from live fish, crayfish, or commercial fish food. They rarely reproduce in small ponds but given the appropriate structures they will.

Black Crappie 3-4”-$2.30 each

The Black Crappie is a predator with a similar diet to the largemouth bass. They typically do not do well in ponds smaller than 5 acres due to competition for forage. They will spawn once a year.

Redear Sunfish 2-3”-$1.60 each

Redear Sunfish thrive on a diet that consists of insects, snails, and worms. This diet allows them to control or eliminate parasites in the body of water. They spawn once a year.

Bluegill 2-3”-$1.60 each

Once they are mature, they are capable of spawning 3 times a year. The reproduction cycle of the bluegill creates a large source of forage for the predator population. The best ratio is 3 bluegills for 1 predatory fish. This ratio will support the needs of predator fish.

Hybrid Bluegill 2-3”-$1.55 each

Hybrid Bluegill are the product of a female sunfish and male bluegill. They reach a mature size larger than a regular bluegill. They rarely reproduce since majority of the fish population is male.

Fathead minnows-$20 per pound

These are introduced into a pond as a forage source for predators. They reach a maximum size of 3” and reproduce every 3 weeks.

Jumbo Bullfrog Tadpoles-$1.50 each

They feed on algae, and this helps keep the pond’s water clear and balanced. They are also forage for the predator fish. It can take up to 2-3 years before they mature into a frog.
