I went looking for something for our mule's skin. The girl was very knowledgeable and went right to some product. The cashier went and carried my dog food, and offered to load my car. My experience was very pleasant this time. Great price on the dog food.

Very helpful and informative.. I had never been in here before but stopped here on an errand/shop day for a client. He uses a power chair and it was a bit cramped getting into the store & around checkout there but he made it work fine I suppose. Ladies were very friendly too.

PET FOOD & SUPPLIES FAQS
What types of pet food and supplies do you offer?
Tri-State Equine & Pet Supply offers a variety of pet food and everyday supplies for animal owners. Our selection can help you find food, treats, toys, grooming products, and other essentials for your pets.
How do I choose the right food for my pet?
The right food can depend on your pet’s age, size, activity level, and individual needs. Reading product information and considering your pet’s specific requirements can help you make a better choice.
Do senior pets need special food?
Some senior pets may benefit from food designed for their changing nutritional needs. Age, activity level, and individual health considerations can all play a role in choosing the right option.
Do puppies and kittens need different food than adult pets?
Yes. Puppies and kittens have different nutritional needs because they are growing and developing. Foods made specifically for young pets are designed to support this important stage of life.
What other supplies does my pet need?
Pets may need more than food and water. Depending on the type of animal, helpful supplies can include bowls, beds, toys, treats, grooming products, collars, leashes, crates, and cleaning supplies.
Why are toys important for pets?
Toys can provide entertainment, exercise, and mental stimulation. The right toys may also help keep pets active and engaged throughout the day.
How often should I buy pet food?
The answer depends on the size of your pet, the amount of food they eat each day, and the size of the food package. Keeping track of your pet’s food supply can help you avoid unexpectedly running out.
Can treats be part of my pet’s regular routine?
Yes, treats can be used for training, rewards, and special occasions. However, pet owners should consider the amount of treats they provide as part of their pet’s overall daily diet.
Why is fresh water important for pets?
Clean, fresh water is an essential part of everyday pet care. Pets should have regular access to water throughout the day.
How can I make pet care more convenient?
Keeping your pet’s favorite food and essential supplies on hand can make daily care easier. Having a reliable place to shop for food, treats, toys, and other products can also save time.
